My loose watercolor paintings in The Places In Between drift through memories, imagined landscapes, and the quiet terrain of my sketchbook practice. They come from places I’ve stood, places I’ve only dreamed of, and places that exist solely in the soft blur between thought and pigment. In these works, I follow the belief that you don’t need much—sometimes not even something “real”—to make something beautiful. A simple line, a wash of color, a fleeting impression can open a doorway. This series honors that gentle truth: creativity thrives in the in‑between spaces, where imagination meets the smallest marks and turns them into worlds.
