Her Vessel explores the quiet resilience of women through the metaphor of decorative containers — objects meant to hold, carry, and present. Each vessel becomes a portrait of a woman’s inner life: shaped by use, marked by time, still standing with grace.

The ribbons tied around these forms are intentionally frayed, knotted, and untied. They echo the tension between beauty and wear, between the satin sheen we show the world and the unraveling edges we try to hide. These ribbons are not failures; they are evidence. They reveal the places where life has tugged, pulled, and demanded more than the material was meant to bear.

In this series, the vessel is not passive. It is a witness. It is a body. It is a record of what it has held.
