ART: A dainty china saucer with blue trim. The flower has a dusty blue center, pink pollen, blue green petals, and is sealed with gloss medium. The flower was made with Arches paper and Rockwell watercolors.

HISTORY: This plate is marked Royal Albert Crown China, made in England. this company dates back to 1896 and was purchased by Royal Doulton in 1972. These marks date the plate to between 1917-1927. There is minimal wear due to age.
