"Limoges" Petal Plate

ART: A dainty china saucer with dusty blue flowers and gold trim. The flower has a dusty blue center, blue green petals, and is sealed with gloss medium. The flower was made with Arches paper and Rockwell watercolors.

HISTORY: This plate is marked CFH GDM. It is Limoges for Charles Field Haviland and Gerard, Dufraisseix & Morel in green (maker mark). These marks date the plate to between 1882-1900. There is slight wear due to age and one small chip.
