Concepts we will be exploring:

developing a journal sketchbook practice, personal prompts, basic ink and watercolor techniques, finding the beauty in mistakes and creative risk taking

This Beginner/Intermediate Ink + Watercolor Course is a four-week course on TUESDAYS IN DECEMBER that explores the essentials of ink and watercolor painting through the process of personal journaling. Together, we will navigate a variety of techniques and exercises that apply to creating works that fit the watercolor sketchbook/journaling genre. I will guide you in sharpening the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to create personal and creative works with watercolor.

All supplies are provided except for a watercolor sketchbook/journal and ink pens (see blow)but personal watercolor supplies are welcome! After registering, you will receive an email in late November with additional details and directions. Refreshments are also provided! This course is for adults only. There are only 8 spots available. This course does not require any previous knowledge or watercolor.

The course is four TUESDAYS in a December from 5-7:30-PM. We will skip Tuesday, December 22 as there are five Tueadays in December and that is Christmas week.
